"Did not have any room service not even one day. Every day had to ask for toilet paper, towels etc. from front desk. Went and bought my own trash bags to take my own trash out every evening. No need to put sign on door knob for room service because they never showed left for the beach at 9:00am would return between 5 or 6 pm to find the room untouched. Absolutely ridiculous! I paid too much money and am very disappointed . No discount just an apology due to the manager over housekeeping was out...

"2nd time staying, and very much enjoyed it. Biggest complaint was the humidity in the room. Made things slippery and damp. Water pressure was great, pool was wonderful, hot tub was nice, roses beautiful, lots of parking, great sound proofing, plenty of pillows. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location!"

"Called at 8am to see about early check in they said sure your room will be ready by 12. We got to hotel room was not ready until 4:45. That’s 45 minutes after actual check in. The photos of property are extremely outdated. There is no pool bar although it says it on website. Dock is warped bad as well and don’t expect to see those pretty purple lights because they are not there. Definitely disappointed with our stay! Only thing enjoyable was the sweet bartender from Taiwan."

When I walked into my room, which also happened to be an adjoining room to someone unknown, it smelled immediately of must and mold.
