"I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. "Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. "Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else."
