Hoteller nær Tambomachay

"Our favourite hotel in Peru so far. The beds were comfy, the view overlooking the city is spectacular, hot showers and the biggest spread for breakfast. Its a bit of a walk up the narrow streets but so quiet and peaceful once you arrive. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. We Highly recommend."

"I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room."

"Amazing hotel in a great location"

"Excelente buena ubicación y limpieza"

"Beautiful hotel with very good service. Location is great for walking around town. Breakfast was made fresh and was super delicious. "

"For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. "Nothing serious. Stair way needs better lighting."

"Quiet place, better breakfast than what I've seen othe places. Staff was sublime and helpful in all the ways you can imagine. "

"Nice stay"

"Todo estaba correcto, súper limpio y el personal muy atento. Excelente!"

"Hotellet fejler intet. God morgenmad og friske juice. Utrolig venlige personale og hjælpsomme. Eneste ulempe var at værelset var super koldt og radiatoren virkede slet ikke. Så jeg sov med to tæpper. "

"Extremely charming place, and very friendly staff. All rooms are different and most have lovely views over Cusco. Location in upper part of town, but anything within short walking distance. Very clean. We spent 4 days there and could have spent even more..."

"Great location, good value"

"The hotel staff are its biggest strength — they are friendly, helpful and quick to resolve issues, and deserve recognition from management. But I was very disappointed with the room. The listing photos are misleading. The room condition is subpar and extremely noisy; sounds from hallways and neighbouring rooms travel easily. I could not sleep without earplugs. I wonder why the rating is so high. Aside from the great staff, I have reservations about the rest of the property."
