"My family and I had an amazing stay. The staff was extremely professional and took care of all our needs. During one of our events my mother in law had to go back to the hotel as she was feeling unwell and the staff took care of all her needs, this included checking in on her, getting her a heater as she was cold, giving her her own hot water heater and making sure she was okay as my wife and I were out of town for a few days on another tour.
