"Beautiful property, loved the peaceful setting and convenience to so many local attractions. Our kids loved the outdoor area, perfect place to come back to and relax after a busy day sightseeing. Linda was so welcoming and we had an amazing holiday!"

"The setting is north-facing, to bush and a rocky-bedded stream. Apart from the occasional sound from some friendly animal, you hear burbling water and wind in the trees. Inside everything is ‘proper’ and well maintained. The fire has copious supplies of dry wood replenished daily, from trees on the property. The couches are comfy and the kitchen is well-appointed. Ōkaihau is 10 or 12 kms away and has cafes and stores. It is a lovely small traditional NZ town. Village? The location is convenient...

"The cottage was clean and well stocked. It was a great location to go to glow worm caves, the stone store, rainbow falls, old town of Russel or a day on the ocean in the bay of plenty. It was very nice to know after a long day of exploring you could go back to a clean comfortable and quiet place to rest for next day of adventure."
