From the WTA website: The iconic Palouse Falls that has been deemed the official waterfall of Washington State is not to be missed. At the end of the last ice age, repeated glacial floods, known as the Missoula Floods, swept across eastern Washington carving out the unique scablands landscape we see today. Among the coulees, potholes, buttes, and plateaus, Palouse Falls remains as one of the magnificent and lasting remnants of these glacial floods. It is the only major waterfall left along this thousands of years old glacial flood path, and as of February 12, 2014, is Washington's official state waterfall. Palouse Falls is spectacular in the spring when the runoff is strong. Fine views are available from the main frontal viewing area, but for the more adventurous, taking the trails can offer some real thrills. Beware, the crumbly rock makes hiking treacherous, and there are rattlesnakes to increase the degree of difficulty. #waterfalls #washington_channeled_scablands #state_parks #Nature

We absolutely loved the house and our host answered all our questions in a very timely manner. House is very well stocked and very peaceful. After losing our parents and their houses in Dayton we felt right at home! We will come again!

Loved the property, building and rooms. The contactless check in was flawless. I would recommend that if you have guests the coffee shop be open on Sunday and the bar be open longer than 5-9. Wonderful place that we will be back regardless of my suggestions

Had to fix the queen bed frame. The mattres was creeky. Replaced light bulbs in dining room. Only 4 dining room chairs for an 5 bedroom house. Only part of the lights in living room worked. Kitchen is dark, no mixing bowls, 6 peelers, 5 bottle openers no can opener, no toaster and a few drinking ...
