"View great but unit looking a little tired. Lots of chips on tiled floor. The cleaning of the mat under the bed needs a good vacuum. My partner stood on a small piece of broken glass. A vacuum cleaner would have been handy. On the last couple of days we experienced loud talking next door and thumping on the floor upstairs otherwise a pleasant stay."

"We loved staying at Bay Bliss apartments the pool and the view were beautiful and a highlight. We didn’t realise how far out of Airlie we would be but luckily the bus was great and cost effective during the day. The only thing that could have made the stay nicer was for the day beds around the pool to have a cushion as they were not a comfortable place to relax. "

"I had a lovely few days stay in this modern studio. Just a few minutes walk into town and about 15 mins walk to the marina for ferries. The view from the balcony over the marina is fabulous. This studio is part of a resort of several blocks up a bit of a hill but nothing too taxing. It is in a quieter block away from the main pool and restaurant bar which I liked as it got very noisy there. Check in all ran smoothly and communication with the agents was good. "A couple of nights reprieve after travelling thousands of kms in a truck and working. Close to everything we needed, even lucky enough to park the truck outside our apartment - the hills a killer in the heat but we loved the vibe of Airlie and wished we could have stayed longer. Room was clean and tidy and comfy bed."

"Filthy, dirty, unclean & I’m extremely disappointed. Ruined what was supposed to be the holiday of a lifetime and birthday present from my recently deceased Father. After spending the night sitting up on the couch with my personal towel as a blanket and not being able to secure alternative accommodation I had to fly back to W.A. that afternoon which cost me an extra $700. All of the activities I had booked and pre-paid for were not refunded. I’m not a sook but I cried for days."
