"Extremely relaxing. Very peaceful setting. House was as described. We enjoyed having dinners on the back deck, going for kayaks in Pickering Passage, and enjoying the hot tub. The view from the kitchen and dining room are just beautiful. Our last day, there was a seal sunning itself all day on one of the docks in the water. My husband was able to work a few days from one of the work desks at the house. Took one star off from location as there isn't much going on in the nearest small town....

"Beautiful location, beautiful house-super quiet friendly island with a great public (for thr island residents) beach where we saw Orcas! This property does not have its own beach access which i misunderstood but its a quick walk down or an easy drive. Felt very safe and a great retreat!"
