Upon entering this cozy condo you'll see an elegantly remodeled space. The kitchen boasts beautiful marble counters, and full-size and high-end kitchen appliances to stay in and cook some meals at home or just reheat the delectable leftovers from the many local restaurants! A Ninja coffee maker if you decide to try out one of the many Kona coffees and make your own. There's a coffee bean grinder if you prefer to purchase whole beans.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided. Cleaning products are available under the kitchen sink.

There is a small eating area to the left of the main entrance.

The bathroom, also, is decked out in marble and has basic amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper) TO GET YOU STARTED with your stay. A hairdryer is under the sink.

In the one bedroom, there is a queen bed, dresser, and smart TV. Separate access to the lanai from the bedroom. A mop, Swiffer, and vacuum are next to the dresser for guest use.

In the living room, there is Natuzzi leather furniture to bring harmony to your Ho'omaha. The TV in the living room is connected to cable. The AC is located in the living room. You have access to the lanai from this space also.

There are elevators in the building.

No Smoking/Vaping in unit, in building, or on lanai!
No pets are permitted.

There is NO PARKING with this condo. We utilize a shuttle from the airport, Uber, Turo, or Hui Car Share, bus stop nearby also. Waikiki is extremely walkable and you can get almost anywhere without a car. For those determined to have their own car, there is limited metered street parking, and free parking on the Ala Wai Canal on most days when you can find it.
