Hoteller nær Hongkong Buddhist Hospital

"As last stay on our China trip we booked this hotel with the purpose to relax and at the same time experience Hong Kongs attractions. We find this hotel big and stressfull without any heart. There is a pool with limited space for guests and the spa was permanently closed. The entrance for the metro is through the hectic mall and so is the exit is you go for a walk. The view from the room was disappointing. The rooms was always clean and the airconditioning was great."

"Huge disappointment- can really not recommend staying there at the moment. Currently NOT a five star hotel. They shouldn’t have opened up before they were finished. Pool not open, restaurant open only for breakfast. Very inattentive staff NOT what you expect if a 5 star hotel. . No key card needed to enter the different floors. Night manager sleeping upon check out spent 10 minutes waking him up…."

"Clean hotel with friendly staff. The mattress was very hard, but that was the only downside"

"Location very convenient nice staffs room very small ."

"Big Mistake by me and Big mistake by Expedia to have this horrible property on their website. I trusted Expedia and now I feel so betrayed by Expedia. This place is so difficult to find. No staff onsite to help. No one answer the phone. It's very loud in the room even with ear plugs and I think the noise is from the AC?? The pictures and the description about this property were good when I booked it. I know this is a budget place and I just need to crash for a few hours before boarding...

"Very friendly"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great lokation. Close to airport bus and laundry. If you book ordinarily via expedia you will not get a room with a window. Be prepared to pay extra for a room with a window and during holidays. otherwise value for money and a great stay."

"Location is great, between Mongkok East and mongkok mtr. Many shops nearby. Opposite is Fa Yuen municipal building which has a market and library. However, the place is rather dated and needs more tender loving care. The room does not seem that clean, dusty curtains and stained wallpaper. There is no desk only small sidetables. Powerful hairdryer provided. Appreciate that hand and bath towels are provided. But no hand soap."

"Faciliteterne svarer til beskrivelserne, ro på værelserne, tæt på infrastruktur, god til prisen."

"Dirty"

"Seng var mega hård"

"Receptinisterne var slet ikke service minded, den unge fyr bag disken var meget træt af sit job og ville ikke hjælpe med basale ting som at bestille en taxa. Receptionisterne havde mere travlt med deres eget snak end at yde god service og oplevelse for de boende. Vi vil ikke vælge dette hotel igen!"
