"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Sha Tin. Polite staff took good care of us. Stayed at 13th floor and loved the view of the water and mountains. Quiet room.

"We had a lovely stay at the WM! An amazing family staycation!
My husband and I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a balcony and a sea view, which was lovely! We loved the balcony and the refilled water filter (very sustainable!).
Our kids had the room with no balcony. Their bed was very hard but the hotel added a top duvet/thin mattress on top to make it more comfortable.
Hotel location was great too, walking distance to Sai Kung village, the beach, kayak rental and outline island...

"Udmærket hotel med venlige personale. Vi er en familie på 4, med to store teenager-drenge, og det var skønt, at værelset var forholdsvis stort med en seng til hver. Til vores store overraskelse var der 2 toiletter (det ene sammen med bad), hvilket var utroligt praktisk. Metrostationen var kun 2 minutters gang fra hotellet."

We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."
