"House was decorated very well and was very clean. Loved the water behind the house...loved came with kayaks, canoe and paddle boat. We caught and released fish. Perfect location. Definitely loved and will be back. So peaceful. We met the owner...he was very very nice."

"This place is fantastic. So much to do in the house with foosball, ping pong, giant jenga and more. The sliding dock makes putting in the kayaks so easy, and you are just a few quick rows to an emu farm. Great place and would definitely recommend."

"This property is a jewel. Interior was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The water view was totally visible from the family room area. The house was spotless when we arrived, with everything we needed for our stay. Our senior dog enjoyed the enclosed fenced yard. Can't wait to return for another visit."

"The property was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family and our dog. The backyard is fenced but not completely secure. You will need to watch your dog. The main shower is HUGE and the remodeled bathroom is gorgeous. The only issue we had was with termites. The house definitely has them and they were beginning to swarm during our visit. The house is very close to Rainbow Springs state park so it was easy to visit multiple times during our stay. "

"This house was like a second home to my family. It has a great location which is close to the commercial listing for food and to the park where the kids can swim. The home came well equipped with kayaks for the beautiful canal behind the home. The host was quick to respond to my messages and was super friendly. "Cozy home in excellent location in Old Homosassa. Super clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed the light show on the front yard oak tree! Spent a lot of time at porch bar watching mullet jumping and heron wading. Went to the Homosassa Wildlife State Park, ate at the Freezer and took a river ride on the Island Girl Cruise… highly recommend all. We had a wonderful time! Hope y’all can keep this beautiful place a secret ❣️"

Although entirely satisfactory, this is an old house and has some quirks, such as a toilet sticking out of a closet in one bedroom and a very spongy floor in some places. "Our family was looking for an all in one place by the river to stay, and Joanne’s house hit the mark. The house was large enough for a family of five to sleep comfortably, and with the water out back we spent hours fishing and kayaking. We also loved making s’mores each night at the fire pit. The property was calm, quiet, and beautiful, and from start to finish I couldn’t have been happier with communication and support from our host."

Fremtagende udsigt - forfærdelig morgenmad.
"Hotellet er en smule slidt, mern fungerer fremragende. Den tilhørende restaurant og Tiki bar er vældig gode. Vi havde dog værelse lige over restauranten, hvor der er mange mennesker der larmer lørdag aften - heldigvis lukker de kl 21.00, så 21.30 er der ro.Udsigten fra værelser og Tiki bar er ganske fantastisk, man kan se ud over floddeltaet, og alle turisterne der svømmer med Manatees, man kan også være heldig selv at se Manatees fra altanen. Morgenmaden er dog forfærdelig, du kan få frugt, kage og kaffe! - utroligt, at man ikke skifter noget af kagen ud med Toastbrød/Bagels."
