"Extremely rude security staff made us decide to book elsewhere. The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here."

"I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. "Overall my stay was excellent. Check in was fast, the staff was courteous & accommodating. The room was very clean & I was pleased to get Netflix. The breakfast didn't provide a lot of choices, but that's my only complaint. I would definitely stay there again."
