Step inside and be greeted by a delightful mix of modern and classic beach cottage styles. The brand-new kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and is open to the comfortable living room. You'll be captivated by the nearness of the ocean as viewed from the large living room windows and sliding glass door, where you can access the sundeck for lounging or dining.

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our Island's past.

Please note that the interior stairs on the 1st floor going up to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep and have short footed treads.
