Awesome Lake View Home

  • Any vacation time should be special, and that certainly should include your nightly accommodations. Experience the special beauty and calmness of Florida living in this beautiful, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home, with comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking accessories, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, a George Foreman grill, a crock pot, and a large built-in microwave. There are 3 large flat screen TVs (ROKU included), a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, and DVD players.

    Relax sitting on the outdoor screened-in deck overlooking a fabulous water view, or jump in the large, salt water HEATED swimming pool day or night. There is even an outdoor bar (wired for music), bar stools, and a gas grill for your BBQ cooking if desired.

    This awesome freshly painted and landscaped home is literally just 5 minutes from the world famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. The multitude of specialty shops, boutiques, and galleries, along with the scrumptious Greek restaurants (best Greek food this side of Greece), fresh seafood restaurants, and pastry shops, makes a visit to the 'Docks' a must. There are multiple festivals throughout the year in just a five mile radius, including a seafood festival, art festival, and of course, the world celebrated Greek Church Epiphany 'dive for the cross' celebration. Travelers come from around the world for this very special event...and you would only be less than 3 miles from all the festivities!

    You are just minutes away from multiple beaches and parks, including Fred Howard Park Beach, ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SulvNYurrbY ) Sunset Beach, Anclote River Park, Anclote Key, Caladesi Island, Honeymoon Island State Park, and the world famous Clearwater Beach. In just 3 minutes you can visit the newly opened Tarpon Springs Aquarium, and then stroll around downtown Tarpon Springs with its quaint mix of shops and antique stores.

Blossom House

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed home with heated pool and all the necessary supplies to enjoy a care-free stay. Short drive to the heart of Tarpon Springs for dining, shopping, dolphin/sunset cruise. Host was very responsive to all our questions prior to our stay and we had no issues to worry about during our stay.

We had a great time staying here. The house had plenty of room for my family. Located close to everything. We enjoyed walking by the sponge docks, and going through all the shops.

Comfortable large house. Host was great to work with.

Plenty of room and everything you need for a great stay. The host is very accommodating. Close to all the Tarpon Springs attractions and great Greek restaurants. The county parks are great especially John Chestnut Park

Girl's trip

Beautiful spacious house with a pool. Less than 2 miles away from the Sponge Docks where we enjoyed fabulous Greek food and shopping. After a hot day shopping, into the pool we went to cool off and relax with a cocktail. Not far from beaches where we enjoyed having our toes in the sand and the sunset.

Had a great time!

The house was great! Much bigger in person than we thought based on the pictures. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The basketball hoop and the pool was a hit with the kids!

Symbolic World conference

There was more than enough room for our group, and it was a quick drive to the Tarpon Springs community center for the event. There were several nice touches to greet us (like the basket of mixed fruit) and The owner was very attentive to our needs.

Spacious and comfortable home

Large and comfortable space, big enough for 8 family members. Everything was satisfactory and Neal was very attentive and welcoming. It was a good choice for us. A nice view on the water, as well.

Great House, Location & Host

A couple of friends and I decided to take a last-minute weekend trip to Florida. After reviewing a few different homes in the Holiday area, we decided on this one. It was a very easy process all the way around. The host (owner) met us at the property and showed us around a bit, showing us how to use the TVs, pool, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spring Break Rental

The house was perfect for a family vacation. The layout is great and the pool was a lot of fun. The location was great as it was close to Tarpon Springs. Neal was very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. My only recommendations would be to replace the bed in the primary - it's very uncomfortable and noisy, and invest in lounge chairs for the pool. The chairs were OK, but most people like to lie in the sun and relax. Overall it was a great experience.

Great locale, nice house and pool

There were some issue upon check in that the property owner quickly responded to. Personally showed us the house and then helped with some maintenance issues immediately. The pool was nice and big and the house itself is in good shape. I am sensative to road sounds and it is near a busy corner but other than this the house is a gem! The house is very close to the sponge docks and tarpon springs. Not far from Fred Howard park and close to 19.

Just what we needed

Overall , excellent for our needs. There are a few small things that could use updating or cleaning. The washing machine and dishwasher could use a more through cleaning .The fridge specifically needs to be repaired. It leaked a few times but was still functional . The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. For example the old coffeemaker was terribly stained and he brought over a new keruig kpod coffeemaker. We needed to use the garage to store our bikes and golf clubs, and although it isn’t mentioned in the listing. Neal allowed us to use half of the garage for that purpose. The pool was wonderful and used every day! If the mattresses were updated and perhaps switch to a king size bed in master bedroom , I would have given it a five star rating. A four BR /3 bath with pool is hard to beat though for a family of 6. Thanks Neal for a wonderful place in the Tarpon Springs area!

The kids did great enjoying the restaurant Capt Jacks. A trip down on the Sponge

The house was large lovely and had a beautiful view. Everyone enjoyed the pool. We rented a pontoon boat nearby and went fishing and swimming. It was a vey enjoyable end of summer trip.
