"Stayed for two nights, but the experience didn’t match the 5-star rating. Service was slow and unresponsive, with simple requests needing multiple follow-ups. Check-in was disorganized, and we waited too long to get to our room. Breakfast was disappointing—limited variety, stale bread, and poor-tasting juices. The ‘msemen’ station looked promising, but the line moved too slowly. The room was clean and had good AC, but that was about it. Overall, not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it...
