"I arrived late, but had very nice communication via whatsapp. They could open the entrace remotely. The spa was hot and ready upon my arrival.
My luggage was delayed on the flight and they helhed me and called the airport for an update. I then needed to puchase new stuff and I got great info on where to go. "

"If we could give 6* we would. Beautifully renovated traditional building.
Excellent room and delicious breakfast.
Easy walk from the railway station and a short walk to the main square.
Fabio the host was welcoming and communications were very good.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is newer and in a nice location, within walking distance of many eating areas and shopping. The only drawback currently is they’re working on the road so it can be a little noisy, but other than that everything was great and the staff were welcoming. "

"I loved this B&B. It was walkable from the station in one direction and walkable to amenities in the other. The entry details were extremely clear & I had no problems accessing the place. The security system was great (I.e accessing from my phone) so I felt safe inside. Overall a great experience. Thank you. "

"Sabina is a gracious host. The room was very clean, lovely and comfortable. The view from the balcony was exquisite. We were able to see the Teatro Massimo Bellini. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and the Palazzo. Definitely a great place to stay when in Catania. "

"Hotellet var fantastisk. Personalet uroligt flinke og meget gode til engelsk. Morgenmaden var standard, og man spise i et lille te køkken. Vi fik gode anbefalinger til hvad vi skulle se og hvor vi skulle spise og alt var rigtig godt. Hvis vi skal til Catania igen skal vi helt sikkert bo her igen. "

"We would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues prevented us from having the experience we expected from a 4-star establishment.
Klaus Room:
• The sheets were damp, and hot water heatet was not working upon arrival.
Bo Room • The toilet door could not be closed; although the reception eventually fixed this, it should not have been an issue in the first place.
• The showerhead was not functioning correctly, and the shower cabin was of very poor standard.
• Our room was missing a luggage rack, which made the stay less comfortable.
Restaurant (Dinner):
• Extremely loud music made it impossible to have a proper conversation.
• Despite having booked a table in advance, the staff were not prepared for our arrival. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we were only given two menus for four people and had to ask for more.
• The candle on our table was not lit.
• The waiters appeared inattentive and unprofessional, with some walking around with their hands in their pockets.
• We had purchased two bottles of wine, but when one of our guests ordered an additional glass of wine, it took 15 minutes to be served.
• Overall, the level of service in the restaurant was extremely poor and far below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.
Breakfast:
On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and professional.

"Fint hotel med fin beliggenhed og god udsigt. Personalet i receptionen virkede let arrogante og nedladende. Poolen er kun åbent i et meget begrænset tidsrum, hvilket er meget ærgerligt. Morgenmaden er fin. Restauranten om aftenen laver god mad, men service og atmosfære er der ikke meget af. Dertil er det også halvdyrt."
