"This is a fantastic budget find. The property is 12 minutes from downtown and it’s close to a Lyft bike rack for easy mobility around the neighborhood ( or further if that’s your thing). However, it was a little musty. It smells like water damage or something along those lines. The property itself is clean so I’m fairly certain it’s not a hygiene problem. "The property was located in a nice neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of Chicago. We were not able to locate a washer and dryer but other than that, all amenities were as described. Communication with the property manager was top tier! He was super responsive and friendly.
