"This was probably the best stay I've ever had will definitely come back to stay here on future trips!"

"Ckean and nice with the Bidet toilet seat! Quiet neighborhood and excellent communication from the host. Thank you!"

"Sweet house. Had everything we needed."

"We went to the Gasconade River for a group float last weekend, however we did not want to camp. Instead, we found this charming little guest house in a town we had never heard of. It was perfect! We were close to our friends, but had AC, a clean house and comfortable bed, and we were able to cook a meal. The host left a list of thrift stores in nearby Lebanon and we had a blast. Overall, it was perfect."

"Enjoyed our stay"

"This was the perfect little place to stay just 2 miles from the camp grounds. The location was key for us. The cottage is adorable and very accommodating with snacks, coffee and all the things you might have forgotten. I will recommend this stay and will be booking again in the future!"

"Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet. "

"Well furnished, quite, with a lot of extras kayaking, fishing and pull up to your room."

"This property has a nice large kitchen that is well stocked with coffee, tea, etc. We used the front fenced in yard mostly for the dogs and they loved getting to roam free. It is an older home and the decor matched very well. Communication with the host was great. We needed extra towels and sheets and the host responded quickly with directions on how to get them. The bathroom could use a fan since it steams up and the floor and flat surfaces get soaked when the shower is used. Also due to...

"Hosts thought of everything you could possibly want. There was even a hammock which was a real treat. The bed was absolutely comfortable. There was a little glitch with the entry code but as quickly as I texted it was rebooted. It’s a charming setting with the elevated walkway through the woods to the water. The small watercraft were in pretty bad shape so we didn’t use them. Lovely weekend despite the heat!"

"Thank you to our host for answering our calls and text messages. He is amazing. Thank you again."

"Check in process was easy as was the communication with the host."

"Great location! We loved walking to the great breakfast place down the street! Amberley had many great suggestions and was very responsive!"

"We enjoyed our stay here in this cute home. It is an older home so it’s not perfect but worked for our family. This is not rented by an individual. It’s rented by a company and communication is difficult. The smoke detectors kept going off and we had to call 911. There was no fire but the company was slow to respond and wouldn’t send anyone out until the night after we checked out. We had a 2 year old with us who was terrified and we couldn’t sleep because of worrying it would go off. It did...

"The house was super cute and in a very quiet part of town, which I loved. As a bonus, there was a white squirrel in the yard when I pulled up!"

"Great home close to Fort Learnard Wood. House was perfect and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Check In was simple and the area was safe. We enjoyed to small home, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed."

"Water smell"

"It was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking situation is not that great but manageable."
