The Space:

The ocean is waiting—pack your bags and dive into the ultimate beach getaway!



Xanadu D3 is a 2-bedroom 2 full bath newly renovated large villa at the best Location on Hilton Head! Easy access no steps to this 1st floor villa, and step out onto the balcony which overlooks the resort pool. .This villa features ceramic tiled floors throughout; comfortable dining seating, and a nice white bright kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower/tub and plenty of space for the family. This will certainly make mornings and bedtimes much less hectic. It also makes the unit suited for 2 couples or a family of 6..



Along with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, the master suite includes a desk for work at home including free fast secure internet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 queen be3ds and a smart TV.

The villa has an open floor plan and includes a table for 6. The villa is fully furnished with appliances, cookware, tableware, ample counter space, and generous storage: The kitchen has it all. The coin laundry room is steps away in the hall. Xanadu has a pool surrounded by chaises where you can hang out in addition to the beach.: Bring your tennis racket too, as the complex has 2 courts. For your convenience, there’s also a gated parking area; when you stay at Xanadu you will be allotted 2 parking passes..



Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.



The Villa is conveniently located at the S. Forest Beah area. You can leave your car in the lot for most of your stay. Xanadu Villas’ beach access lets you stroll or ride your bikes to the beach in just 3-5 minutes. Bike rentals are easily available and can be delivered. Head out early in the morning to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic or ride your bikes for miles on the beach or on Hilton Heads 50+ miles of biking trails. Also, Xanadu is within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and the new Celebration Park and Coligny Square.



Gym is not available on the property.

It is a nice rental. We have stayed in the area before and find it to be quite convenient to everything on the south side of the island and Sea Pines. Coligny area does get busy at times but everything you need is nearby. Most importantly it is about 1/4 from walking out the front door to having your feet hit the sand and if you wake up early go catch that sunrise - it is spectacular.The walking path is almost directly across from the entrance from the road. We enjoyed our stay here, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I will say that the villas walls are pretty thin so you will probably hear your neighbors sometimes but everyone was quiet during the night. The communication with the management is great, we had a small mystery issue and they were very quick to respond to my text I send to them. One thing was the check-out communication could be a little better, received 3 different instructions on check out so was a bit confusing so went back to the initial instructions when I made the reservation. It was nice having 2 queen beds in the 2nd bed room, perfect for our small family. The pool is very close to the villa and is a little on the small size. I would recommend it if you don't mind the 1/4 mile walk - it isn't but maybe 5 minutes and I don't walk fast.

Super close to the beach, though there is a busy road to cross. 3 big issues though: the bed was so uncomfortable we had to sleep on the couch; we were woken up multiple times by a neighbor's dog barking; and the fire control room equipment was beeping and kept us up. Nothing was done about the beeping.

We had a great time here! Walking distance to Coligny plaza made it very convenient. Walk to beach was a little longer than we thought. All in all we would stay again.

Excellent stay

We had a little difficulty getting into the gate based on the information we received prior to our stay. We had to call the property manager who took about 20 minutes to get back to us. It was a slightly frustrating way to start our vacation but everything after that was great.

Management Nightmare!

Over all the property was nice. It all really evolved around the management the owners of this unit have selected to lease it. I had to find a phone number to call and request arrival instructions at which time I was told they had sent them a week earlier. Impossible as I have a file exclusively for this. 1st No Parking Pass even though I was booked months before. The instructions I received clearly indicated (highlighted in yellow) that upon arrival we were to go to a large box outside the entrance gate, retrieve the FOB from the locked door box using the code they provided. After that the FOB was what would get us into everything which are the parking lot, the walk thru gate and the front doors to the building. Problem was the code didn't work! So no FOB!! Contacted the management who informed me to just put the code in the code box we don't actually NEED the FOB! Even though in our departure rules it clearly states line 5. If the FOB is not left on the dining table there will be a $200 fine! No where in the arrival or departure instructions was there any indicator regarding a code box. So we asked another guest to let us in the building! They lease thru another management company with NO problems for years!!!So the code worked on our units door. Once we got in and walked around I started taking pictures. There were various dings and marks throughout the unit. In the kitchen I found that the counters had very large brown stains, coffee maker was broken and the dishwasher has rust in the bottom. I called management and requested them to bring a new coffee maker that evening and fix the FOB and code. When Mary did get there, she had brought a male partner with her, who commented that the kitchen was rather dingy. Mary admitted giving us the wrong code for the box to get the fob to just use the code box. I indicated that we still didn't know where these code boxes were! She was more then happy, sarcastic and arrogantly showed me the "Code Box" and commented that maybe it was the user. WOW!!! This is the first time I have encountered a large metal box that saiz Digital Security that I'm supposed to use! Management Was Very POOR to say the least! I don't recommend this unit because of poor management.
