Back inside, you and your friends can unwind in the living area and stream your favorite Netflix series or movies–if you want to host a truly entertaining and complete movie night, take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare mouth-watering finger foods for everybody. When it comes to relaxation, Sea Side Villas 308 plays no games. The main bedroom offers a private bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub; nothing beats coming home from a thrilling day at the beach and relaxing in the tub. Great Stay!

We loved our stay, the property listing was as advertised with some nice surprises like complimentary snacks for the kids after a long trip, toiletries, and additional beach gear! Our only real issue was that the code to the main gate was incorrect. There are also multiple gates to enter the property that are labeled A-D so I would suggest letting future guests know which gate to use ahead of time :)

Ladies long weekend

Great location, parked right under our 3rd floor condo. It was very cute and plenty of room for 4 of us. The beach chairs we were told about were rusted out and looked like they needed to be thrown away. Bring your own chairs unless you want to rent some. Were able to park right by the elevators and luggage carts which was nice. Loved the location. Would love to stay here again!!!

Disappointed

No signage showing where unit is. Gate was described as main gate and there are 4 gates. Gate code did not work on any gate. Cedrick happened to be at the property and let us in with his code and located the unit for us. Very helpful/polite. Walked in to unit at 4:45 and it had not been cleaned. Notified Cathy at property mgmt. We were 4 hours away from home. So, we left and went elsewhere. Our friends stay at Sea Side Villas and have never had any issues with their property mgmt. group. Cathy & Cedrick were very helpful.

Fun time in SC.

Property was clean and fairly well equipped. Wasn't able to get in unit until after the appointed time due to unit not cleaned. Location is great, within walking distance or a bike ride to a lot of the attractions. It would be nice if the swimming pool was heated, water very cold, really not able to use it.

Cute condo, but small; good for one family with younger kids

This condo unit is cute but small. Stayed here with my young adult daughter. It was very clean when we arrived. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub where you also shower. A little unusual, but the pressure and temperature were all good. The layout of the unit is also a little unusual, as has been noted before. When you enter, you come into the second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds - one built into the wall and the other a larger, free-standing one. Once upon a time, this was probably just a hallway with the built-in bunks on one side of the hallway, but then a wall must have been knocked out to create an actual bedroom. A little funky, but clever. It's nice to have 2 BR and 2 full baths, but this unit is on the smaller size. The second bedroom is better suited for kids. If you had two different, all-adult families staying here, it would definitely feel cramped. The kitchen table is small and only has three chairs. Finding the actual unit itself at the Sea Side Villas was a challenge because there was no clear sign listing the unit numbers in this particular section of the building, for whatever reason. We also could not see the car gate to the far left that we needed to pull into, because of the trees/leaves. It took a bit hunting, searcing, and asking multiple people there, but we finally found it. Otherwise, the area is a good location, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Great location

The condo is in a prime location. It is very close to coligny plaza. The condo is on the 3rd floor very close to the elevator You will see the pool from your front door. Go through the sliding glass door and you will experience a wonderful view of the ocean.the beach is steps away and the hosts have left beach toys and chairs in the condo for your use. This is a very nice beach condo and well equipped

Unfortunate experience

AC stopped working day 1. Management was very difficult to communicate with as they would not respond to email, text, or phone calls. They could not understand how AC was important during an excessive heat warning.

Great location

We had a great trip. Our only concern was the cleaning, the bed had sand in it, and kitchen was dirty. Sheets seemed more of a sandy washing machine issue since the sand was all over the bottom sheet (top to bottom). Vacasa surveyed cleanliness and offered to make corrections. Location was great, easy access to beach, close to coligny and restaurants. We parked and walked everywhere. We would definitely stay again.

Good location

Good location but the actual unit could use a deep clean, organization, and general updates to furniture. Everything in unit was very weathered / used and corners, baseboards, cabinets, throw pillows etc clearly had not been cleaned in a while. There was a broken table in bunk room that had been turned upside down instead of replaced. Proximity to beach and shopping was excellent.

Family get away

Very nice beach condo. Expect a beach condo and you won’t be disappointed. Very comfortable for me and my kids. Not much privacy but again it was family get away. Short walk to beach and to shops and good food in the area. I would book again!!

Great location, very clean

Sea Side Villas #308 was in a great location and very clean. Community is right on the beach. Easy check-in process, but you have to swing by the property mgmt office to pick up the gate key fob to enter the community (not far from Sea Side Villas and easy access for those arriving after hours). Master bed was comfy, full bunk bed not so much. We could easily walk to Coligny Plaza, where many shops and restaurants are located. Good vibes there and some of the restaurants had live music which was great. The unit could use just a bit of TLC (towel rack kept falling off for example, but nothing major). The jet tub was fantastic after long walks on the beach and trails at Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge (great place to experience nature during your visit). My only disappointment in this condo is that the living area was different than pictured - the sofa wasn't the same and was pretty firm (so not conducive for naps and just hanging out) and there wasn’t a rug to absorb sound, so we didn’t enjoy that space much. The unit is very close to the elevator, great for move in/out, not great when a group of spirited kids steps out. Overall a nice very clean condo, we would stay here again.

Check in to our Vrbo thru Vacasa was a nightmare

We arrived to Hilton Head at midnight, after driving 4 hours from the airport. We drove to the Vacasa office as directed to pick up our envelope. After picking up the envelope, we drove to our rental property. A key fob was required to enter the gate - there was NO key fob in our packet. We found a phone number to call. Thankfully someone answered. We had to drive back to Vacasa again and meet him there. Finally at 1:15am, we were able to check in. It was difficult to find our unit as well and there was no one to help. Positives - The unit was nicely decorated and clean. Great location to Coligney Beach and stores/restaurants. You are able to walk to most everything in the area. Negatives - The blind to our deck was broken as well as the cover for the air conditioner. The master bed needs maintenance. There were chairs and a boogie board offered but they were rusty and broken. Definitely bring your own if you’re able. The unit had 2 beach towels. The master bath shower is a large hot tub with a shower. It was difficult to climb in/out of. There are no grab bars. In the future, I will look for a Vrbo that is privately owned.

Weekend Getaway

The property was clean, quiet and relaxing. It was just as described. We had some difficulties getting into the property but figured it out. Just what we needed for Valentines Day weekend!
