Located just steps from the waves in the beachfront Ocean Club complex, this 2BR/2BA two-story condo is perfect for exploring one of America's most celebrated beach towns! Walk just 4 minutes to the waves via the Ocean Club boardwalk, or unwind in the pool located just beyond your patio.

Easily walk to public tennis courts or nearby Coligny Plaza and a plethora of local restaurants, activities, and shops. Several prominent golf courses are situated within a short drive.

LIVING AREA

Retreat to the open living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and a love seat to play a game with the whole family. Settle in and watch a movie on the 55' TV with cable or one of the DVDs provided, or read a book from the home's library.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table set for six.

BED & BATH

This two-story, ground-level condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and a 32' TV. The en-suite master bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with two full-size beds and a 32' TV, while the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Dine alfresco amidst the coastal breeze on the rear patio, detailed with a table for four.

Soak up the sun at the shared 8' deep pool, located just beyond. The pool is open year-round and heated seasonally in March, April, September, and October.

The Ocean Club boardwalk to the beach is just steps away.

Additional perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, and a washer/dryer.

Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle in front of the condo. One adjacent guest spot may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paid overflow parking may be available nearby in the beach parking lot, pending availability.

THE LOCATION

The famous Hilton Head Beach is just a 4-minute boardwalk stroll away from this beachside charmer! Book a dolphin tour or rent bikes and take a ride on one of the island's popular nature trails.

Coligny Circle (0.5 miles) provides a plethora of dining and shopping options, convenient amenities, and recreation at Coligny Beach Park and the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center. There are also public tennis courts and a public fitness center within an easy walk or bike ride.

Several prominent golf courses are situated within a short drive.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
