Welcome to a cozy and inviting first-floor condo designed for comfort and convenience. This villa features a bright open living area with comfortable seating and a TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy meal preparation, including cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together.



Sleeping Arrangements:



- Bedroom 1: King bed

- Bedroom 2: Two Single beds

- Additional sleeping: Sofa bed

Located in the heart of South Forest Beach in Hilton Head Island, this villa offers easy access to everything the island is known for. The beach is just about a short walk away, making it simple to enjoy sun-filled days by the ocean.



The Dunes Villas community is a quiet, well-maintained complex featuring landscaped grounds and a large outdoor pool with lounge seating—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.



You’re also just minutes from Coligny Beach Park and Coligny Plaza, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.



Hilton Head Island is known for its outdoor lifestyle, with over 50 miles of scenic bike paths, as well as world-class golf courses, tennis, and pickleball facilities—all within easy reach.



Guest Access:

Parking Information

There is one designated parking space assigned to your villa. Please ensure that you park only in the space corresponding to your unit. Vehicles parked in a space not assigned to your villa may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

We can accommodate one vehicle per villa. If you have an additional vehicle, please park it at:

21 Executive Park Road

There are also a limited number of extra parking spaces near the pool area, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Other Things to Note:

Booking Requirements:

- Minimum booking age: 25 years old

- A valid ID and credit card are required for check-in

- Guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone who meets the age requirement

- Unaccompanied guests under 25 may be evicted without refund



Parking:

- No parking fees at Dunes

- Two parking passes will be provided and left in the villa

- Parking is assigned; any additional vehicle must park near the pool area

- Parking passes must be returned before departure

- A $100 fee will be charged if passes are not returned



Property & Amenities:

- Community pool available onsite

- Gym is not available on the property

- Washer/dryer availability to be confirmed

- Easy beach access within walking distance



House Rules:

- No parties or events allowed

- Quiet residential community—please be respectful of neighbors

- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight



Smoking Policy:

- This is a strictly non-smoking property

- Smoking inside will result in a $500 restoration fee

- Damage caused by smoking is not covered by the damage waiver



Pet Policy:

- Pets are not allowed unless the property is explicitly pet-friendly

- Unauthorized pets will result in eviction and a $250 cleaning fee



Kitchen & Supplies:

- Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided

- Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are not included

- Specialty utensils (e.g., chopsticks) are not provided
