  • Head off to South Carolina for a one-of-a-kind beach getaway at our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Hilton Head Island at Hilton Head Resort. The beach is just at the end of the boardwalk, and visible from our unit! Our condo is the perfect choice for a family or group of friends looking to discover all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. You'll be just a short walk from Coco's on the Beach, a family-friendly beachfront tiki bar known for great food and drinks located at the end of the boardwalk.. Sit out on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with your coffee or to relax after a long day at the beach. The wonderful marsh changes with each tide. So relaxing!


    The Space:
    =========================
    The Master Bedroom overlooks the marsh, and hosts a Queen-sized bed with an attached master bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a set of twin-mattress bunk beds, and a full bed as well. A full bathroom borders the second bedroom and living room. The main living room hosts a couch, chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV with a Roku, and a kitchen table. Our kitchen is fully equipped for almost anything you'll need during your stay. Our balcony has chairs for you to relax in and watch the tide go in and out.

    There is a guard shack at the main entrance to Hilton Head Resort where our condo is located.
    No smoking is allowed in the condo.
    No pets allowed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The host was friendly, responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

We just finished our second stay at this property with our family of five. The host, Kim, is very responsive and great to work with. The unit is well-located close to everything you could possibly need for a visit to Hilton Head. Access to one of the best beaches on HHI is perfect, and the beach supplies and a wagon in the unit's locker made our beach days very easy. We hope to be back again next year!

We had a great time at Hilton Head! All of the items in the cage were super helpful including the beach cart, chairs, and toys. The view from the condo was very beautiful and relaxing. The beach was great and the property was very family friendly. My kids enjoyed all the pools and were thrilled to see a tiny alligator in the back pond. We will definitely be back!

This is an absolutely great location and a wonderful host! Lots of amenities on site and a well-maintained clean property. The view of the ocean is amazing and the condo was very fun for a weekend or longer! We came for a college reunion and none of us wanted to leave. Highly recommend KIM as she communicated very effectively and quickly about any questions we had. Will definitely book again.

Nothing to add that hasn’t already been said. The condo has a beautiful view, the owner was by far the best person I have ever worked with and the place is peaceful. The walk to the beach is perfect and the actual beach is stunning with a bar restaurant available. We were there in May so it wasn’t overly crowded. We loved this place. 10 out of 10

Slice of heaven was just that! Unit is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Beautiful marsh and ocean view. The sunrises are amazing! Kim was a great hostess. Communication and check in instructions were spot on and timely. Nice touches throughout aided to creature comforts. Only update to listing I would suggest is regarding the beach wagon. It’s tired and has skinny wheels. Had I known, I would have brought my own. We did enjoy the use of other beach items for our fun in the sun. We would choose to stay here again.

Great Vacation

We had a great stay. Listing was accurate and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for our standard vacation feed the family needs. When door code panel didn't work correctly as sometimes happens the host was very quick to get it fixed and a manual option was already available in unit. Beach chairs, toys and wagon, were easy to find and use in the fenced building storage area.Overall a great experience.

Hidden gem

Our stay was great from start to finish. The property owner was extremely responsive and helpful to a specific request I had. The location is perfect for accessing the beach and convenient to many local stores and restaurants. Access to the storage locker with all of the beach supplies you could need was especially helpful (just bring your own beach towels). The unit was clean and comfortable and very well stocked for cooking in the unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Family trip

We love Hilton Head and had a great family vacation. The condo was clean, comfy, had amazing views and a great layout. My three boys (9-12) enjoyed the pools, playing badmitton, watching the alligator from the deck and the short walk to the beach.
