This property is surrounded by Hilton Head's lush vegetation and is mere steps away from the shores of the Calibogue Sound. Pickleball and tennis options are available nearby if the group is looking for something active to do together. Discover the charming, New England-style village of South Beach Marina, just a short stroll away, presenting a host of fantastic shopping, dining, and recreation options. And when it's time to put your toes in the sand or play in the surf, cross the street to find yourself on a breathtaking stretch of picturesque South Beach.

Step into the open and inviting floor plan and discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area with a table, and a spacious living area with abundant seating, all with soaring ceilings and loads of natural light. Start each day with fresh-brewed coffee on your covered and furnished balcony that looks out over moss-draped oaks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was great and very clean. I just didn't care for the property manager. It just made everything more difficult. They tell you that you should download their app, create an account, and do all this extra stuff to access the info you need for the property. They took forever to answer my messages. I asked about early check in and they never even responded until after regular check in. The code for the door to access the property is ten digits, making it impossible to remember off hand. Their Internet also required providing your email, and it kicked you off every time you left the property so you had to manually sign in each time. So there were just annoyances related to the property manager. My only complaint about the place itself is they provided no pool/beach towels. For a beach destination, I found that quite odd.

Perfect getaway

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed here and really couldn’t be happier about the condo. Location is perfect between the beach, salty dog, and pool. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and a twin which is perfect for our kids. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a fun time, rented bikes, took the ferry to Dafuskie to ride horses, spent time on the beach, shopped and watched sunsets. We would never go back however. It wasn’t a restful vacation because of all the traffic and people. It’s crazy and just not our type of vaca. We are glad to spend time together and the condo was well furnished but on the third floor of a condo unit village.

Great - Clean Place

Apartment is located in a very nice part of Sea Pines....Place is well taken care of. We would have given it a 5-Star instead of 4-Star....but the lack of Good Pots to use was our issue. We enjoy cooking & wish they could add Usable Pots/Pans. Other than that, Great Place to stay in.

Cute Place

This is a perfect condo for a family taking multiple kids to the beach. The condo is within a very short walk to a restaurant/bar, pool, tennis courts, bike shop, stores, and the beach. The condo had plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen did not have many cooking utensils, but we were only making breakfast so we made do. There was a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig which was convenient. The cleaners had left some bagged dirty laundry there, but except the rug the condo looked clean. There was cable and the internet is good. The TVs are not smart TVs so if you like to stream bring a fire stick or Roku. Overall, great value for the money and we would stay again. 😁

Great location to Salty Dog and beach access. Down fall was pool not having access but friends staying in another unit had keys and pool was only open until 7pm Would have been nice to have keyless entry which would save on checking in and out

Lovely Condo in Great Location

We spent a week at Shoestring condo 5/1/21-5/8/21 - perfect weather, great location, easy access to all the things that matter most to us (our other family staying in house close by, beach, marina, food and bike path)! The condo is perfect. Well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, living area and porch are great. Master bedroom could really use an upgrade to sheets and bed (mattress is a little off - not a deal breaker, but seems it would be a good investment). I would stay here again! Check-in seems a little old and we prefer keyless entry (especially now that seems to be the norm) - it is a nice feature when you are going back and forth with multiple people staying in same place and we had 2 keys. That was a big consideration throughout the week. Area is quiet, but you can see people if you want! Overall, a really lovely place.

Family Spring Break

This is one of our favorite condos that we’ve stayed in. The Hugh ceilings and layout make it feel really spacious. It’s a quiet complex and being on the top floor of 3 makes it an extra quiet unit. You are literally right around the corner from the South Beach Marina and can walk there easily. We rented bikes from the sea pines resort and they delivered them to our bike rack. That was so nice. We biked to Harbour town which was about 20 minutes. We barely left sea pines and hardly needed our car. Right across the street is access to the CalibougeSound and a nice quiet beach. You can bike a little further down past the marina for plenty of public access points on the ocean. The condo was clean and included plenty of cooking items. They also left several fish and laundry tablets, more than other condos I’ve stayed at. 2 points I wasn’t fully aware of before arrival which weren’t a huge deal for our family, I just didn’t know. 1. You have to pick up check In materials off site. This isn’t far from the actual condo. You get your parking passes and physical keys for the condo. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of after driving 10 hours with kids. It was smooth and easy and only took 2 mins out of our time. 2. The pool you have access to is offsite. We never actually found it as we went In April and it was a little too chilly for pool swimming. Might be hard with kids In the summer. They said it’s close to the marina area. Neither of these prevented us from having an amazing time and I would stay here again. Vacasa was helpful and text the morning of our trip with a number that I could text throughout the trip for questions and help, I really liked that. This condo was beautiful and the location is unbeatable. We absolutely loved our trip.
