A central locale fused with fabulous amenities makes this oceanside oasis the perfect choice for your coastal escape. Start your mornings with coffee on the covered balcony. Highlights include a full kitchen, three TVs, and provided beach chairs. The complimentary shuttle whisks you to the island’s most-loved attractions and establishments. During your stay at Hilton Head Resort, you’ll have access to a host of amazing amenities. Take a plunge in the heated indoor pool (year-round), or sunbathe next to the unheated outdoor pools (seasonal). Treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub. Additional on-site amenities include a kiddie pool, sauna, fitness center, indoor jogging track, tennis courts, and two on-site restaurants. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Best Resort stay!

I love this vacation villa. It was so cozy and felt like home! It was very clean with great AC! Im looking forward to coming back with my family to this same Resort Villa

Love the area

We will definitely be going back to Hilton Head! Don't get me wrong, the villa was great but I tried to contact them 2 times before my stay and never heard back about my questions. I also want to add that this is a resort and the pool is quite a walk away, so if you go when it's and cold, be prepared. The beach is a walk too. It took us like 15 minutes.

Great experience

Just a weekend getaway and we were pleasantly satisfied with this property. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected but still very manageable. Overall the unit was very clean although the living room rug could use a shampoo or replacement. The resort was safe and we walked the boardwalk at night to the beach with no issues. There is a restaurant/bar at the beach end of the boardwalk. However, the open/close times posted at the resort were not accurate as they were closed earlier than noted on signs posted at the resort. We were pleasantly suprised to find a whole closed with a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys. Overall we would definitely book again.

Worst master bed and very far from Beach

This unit is the farthest from the beach in the entire complex. We were very disappointed at the walk of the whole resort. You can’t see or hear the ocean. It’s a very far walk with all of your gear down the boardwalk. The shuttle is helpful, but not if you have all your chairs etc. The unit is nice. But the flooring is very noisy, the master queen bed was so loud and noisy, every time anyone moved it was horrible and squeaky. My husband slept on it alone and I tried to sleep on the couch bed, which was very thin and uncomfortable. The unit supplied everything we needed and was clean. The washers and dryers were usefully, especially with the credit card payment. Just not what we expected as far as location to the beach.

Great room but one mile from beach

The room was great, and the facilities were all convenient. We wished it wasn’t such a long walk to the beach, but when the shuttle was running it was only .5 mile walk to the shuttle. There is some sort of popping noise in the room…not sure where it’s coming from. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen, too. Furniture is comfortable. Parking wasn’t a problem, either.

Nice condo in paradise

This condo is everything I hoped for and more! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and living room. This place is gorgeous. Hilton Head Resort has so much to offer and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were always there in case of any questions which gave us piece of mind. The community is also gated as well. Thank you again for having us!

Spring Break in Hilton Head

We loved this place! The indoor pool was k e building over, which was great because the first couple days of our stay were cold. The condo itself was very clean, and stocked with beach supplies. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke alarm the first day, which the property manager took care of within an hour. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean and Comfortable

Gated community, elevators, swimming pools and great A/C. Only comment is that the inner liner on the showers need changed (stained yellow on bottom) other than that, such a clean and great little condo. The walk to the beach is 0.5 miles but a beach wagon and beach chairs are provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was the perfect size, clean and had everything needed to cook meals. The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 inside pool. We were in the #4 building and the walk was a little longer than the other buildings.

A short walk?

I was impressed that there would be a short walk to the beach However my counted strides were 1500. The shuttle does run but very infrequently. The hours of the shuttle were established by the new "regime"The staff,whom I might point out ,were all full of apologies.If you need assistance walking Check to see if they have changed their policy workers :5 Owner/manager I'd do the math and hire a kid fulltime

Beautiful rooms,great facilities really a wonderful place to vacation. Only complaints we had were it's a good bit further than a few steps to the beach that's alluded to in the advertisement, and wish we had known ahead of time that we needed to provide our own paper goods ( paper towels and toilet paper) and a few other things. But the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with to answer any questions we had.

A most memorable and enjoyable stay

I was very impressed with the facility. The overall cleanliness and access to the beach, along with the amenities that kept you entertained. The location of the facility was convenient for shopping and dining. I hope to stay again in the near future.

Great place

Owners were great and easy to work with. The place is nice, was very clean, and I felt worth the money. My only complaint would be with the actual property. They advertise beach shuttles like they are always readily available. In reality, they have 1 that holds 6 people and runs on a very strange schedule. So, plan on walking to the beach most of the time.
