SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Whatever your choice, you have a lovely resort and amazing villa to return to at day's end. Slip under the cool sheets in your comfy king bed or the queen sleeper sofa and curl up for a restful sleep. Not ready to call it a day? Maybe host a game night or movie night in the large living space (don't forget the popcorn!). Gather in the kitchen for a quick bedtime snack or a midnight supper. To add to the convenience and comfort of villa 102, we have a three-bedroom luxury sister villa 100 just across the hall that easily accommodates a party of 8! 100 SeaCrest can be rented separately, or in combination with villa 102. Just like villa 102, this has been decorated and designed for your comfort and features exquisite furnishings. Nothing has been overlooked in our quest to provide the best to our guests. 100 SeaCrest has a large outdoor patio for outdoor living and dining. 102 SeaCrest does not have outdoor living space.

Beautiful Condo!

This is a truly beautiful condo, with all of the amenities. The only downside was that I didn’t realize that we didn’t have a balcony. However, I would not change a thing. I will definitely hope to book here again!

Great stay.

Overall Location was excellent. Property was very good. Clean and well supplied with essentials. Apartment or condo was adjacent to the main entrance of the building complex so a lot of traffic right outside the windows. Window curtains in master bedroom did not fully cover window but blinds help to mitigate that. Overall rate 102 a very nice place without a balcony. Was most likely initially used as the sales/rental office.

amazing place

It is a beautiful place. Very comfortable and super easy to get around. The location is great. You walk out the door and your right at Front Entrance. You can go to Coligny or to the shops next door. Seacrest is always a great place to stay because of pools and restaurant. The workout room is right down the hall.

The best beach stay!

This is our third time staying at this property and I can’t say enough good things about it! It’s perfect and convenient to everything you need for a wonderful stay. Myself, my mom and daughter are absolutely blown away by this beautiful condo every time Highly recommended!

Nice Getaway Right at the Beach

Loved the location! Walk to Coligny Plaza which is right across the street for food and the beach is just a few steps away as well. Cleaning was a little meh. We found bugs in the couch - may have been from sitting a day or two before us arriving. Other than that it was amazing.

Beautiful Appointed Condo

Our unit was available for early check-in which is a big plus. More time on Hilton Head Island. We are big Hilton Head fans as it is a short drive from Mt. Pleasant SC. We often come down and spend time riding bikes and going to shops and restaurants. We spent our 52nd wedding anniversary at your condo. As others have reviewed, the window situation is a pain, as the entry to the property is right outside all the windows, so keeping the shades closed is a must. There were several renovations going on at the property including the installation of a sprinkler system in the garage area and the man made ponds were under repair as well. But overall this property met and exceeded our expectations!

Booking during maintenance

We both agree the condo was beautiful, well appointed and in a great location. We walked almost daily to Coligny Plaza. Our main problem with the property was that daily we woke at 7 am to the sounds of leaf blowers as maintenance started early to clean the common areas. Our stay was interrupted three days in a row for the testing of the fire alarm in our condo. There was no advance warning. Both Host to Coast and the condo management responded quickly to our calls. Yet the testing was done not at the specific time we had agreed upon to vacate the condo. Each testing lasted at least 20 minutes and required us to either leave or close the bedroom door and grin and bear it. We also had jackhammering for almost one whole week while the bricks at the front entrance were taken out where they had been uprooted. The cleaning of those bricks also took place right on the other side of the wall so we had tapping and hammering daily. This property is not for people who want sunlight coming in. Because of its location all blinds remained closed throughout our stay. The weather combined with no sunlight made the condo very cold both day and night.

The property was convenient, beautiful but was dark because you couldn’t open any blinds that didn’t face the street or entry way. There was no view of anything. Accommodations were lovely so that made up for lack of view a little.

Beautiful place

This property is really nice and we appreciate the quality of the furniture and the comfortable bed. It’s also close to a coffee shop and cute boutiques. The only thing that was a little weird is that you couldn’t open the curtains because the place was at the entrance of the whole building so everyone could look right into the room. I love natural light and to be able to see outside

Perfect location, Villa was professionally designed!

This villa is unlike the vast majority of short term rentals b/c it was clearly renovated by a professional interior designer. Beautifully appointed space, very comfortable and perfectly located — this resort is on the beach and also across the street from shops/restaurants. There was easy, free parking underneath and around the resort. The included, daily beach service was quick and efficient in setting up our lounge chairs and umbrella. The company that runs this particular rental villa left a gift for us upon our arrival: a high quality beach tote, cuzzies, and more. The kitchen is stocked with all the plates, glasses, pots, pans, blender etc that you would ever need. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It is located at the very back of the resort so you have to walk a couple minutes to reach the beach but we didn’t care. TWO cons: (1) the front loading washing machine is infested with mildew, stinks like rotten eggs, and can not be used under any circumstances. The only way to rectify this problem is to hire a repair shop to disassemble the major components and soak them in pure bleach. Otherwise the washer is truly unusable. If you don’t plan on washing any towels or laundry while your on vacation, this problem won’t apply to you. (Alternatively you could hand wash small laundry in the sink then use the dryer — it works well and there’s no bad smell in it). (2) All the windows look out onto very busy walkways so you MUST keep the blinds fully closed at all times.

Location, location , location. This beautiful well appointed rental had everything we needed for a week away. Great location and walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. Bed was super comfy and host2coast provided us with a great welcome package. Would definitely rent again!!
