LUXURY 3BR VILLA WITH BEACH ACCESS, POOL & HOT TUB IN HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Your luxury vacation home away from home, just steps away from the indoor pool, outdoor pools (only heated in March and April) and hot tub, is waiting for you! Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

Personally hand-crafted by Robert Graves, Sr., a pioneer and one of the first developers on Hilton Head Island, you are assured of the ultimate in decor, comfort, convenience and location. He has left a lasting impression on the Lowcountry landscape, and his villas are a tribute to his vision for Hilton Head. Whatever your choice, you have a lovely resort and amazing villa to return to at day's end. Slip under the cool sheets in your king bed and curl up for a restful sleep. Not ready to call it a day? Maybe host a game night or movie night in the large living space (don't forget the popcorn!). Gather in the kitchen for a quick bedtime snack or a midnight supper. Head back to the beach for some stargazing. There is so much to do that you will want to return often.

To add to the convenience and comfort of villa 100, we have a one-bedroom sister villa 102 just across the hall! 102 SeaCrest can be rented separately, or in combination with villa 100. This is a great location. Walking distance to just about anything you might need. The villa was roomy, well appointed/upscale, and perfect for our family (5 adults, 2-2 year olds and 1 infant). Already discussing our potential return to the same unit next year.

Beautiful condo

We have been going to Hilton head for many years, but this was by far our best trip. The condo was large and beautiful. The pictures looked really nice, but the property in person is even better. We love the convenience of staying on the first floor, and because we were so close to Coligny, we could walk to all the shops, restaurants, and even the Piggly Wiggly! I would definitely recommend Seacrest to anybody and we will be going back next summer.

Spring Break

We absolutely loved the unit. However, the fire alarm went off 6 times in 5 days. Causing my 6 year old grandson to be totally traumatized! We stood outside the first time for 30 minutes at 8:30 at night my daughter in law had to call fire department then I had to call again 8:30 the next morning when it happened again!Then it went off 4 more times. It took a long time to get our grand son calmed down.

Family vacay

We were extremely happy with the unit. The location is unbeatable in regards to dinning and shopping but as well as the beach. The walk out patio was extremely convenient and made coming and going very easy especially with children. We are definitely going to come back.

Wonderful week

We stayed for a week and it was perfect. Nice and close to both the beach, pool and grocery store, as well as some other stores. It's beautifully decorated and was clean. The property manager was very friendly and quick to respond.

This property was stunning, the layout is larger than it looks in the pictures and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is huge and beautiful, the porch was the prefect place for coffee and evening cocktails. The ability to walk out your back private entrance and into the gardens and to the beach was so easy. Easy walk and bike ride to shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the summer. THank you!

This condo is perfect in every way! It is huge - massive kitchen, huge bathrooms, and spread out. We brought our 2 year old son, rented a crib, and it was everything our family needed.

Perfect Stay

My family and I traveled to Hilton Head for my 2 year olds first beach vacation. 100 Seacrest was an absolute dream. Location was prime. Directly across from colony shopping center where we would take the 1 min walk to get our nightly ice cream. Less than a 5 min walk from the back door to your beach chair. My son loved to look at the turtles and fish along the way and my husband loved to stop at Pool Bar Jim’s and get a cocktail. Once you were in the condo you couldn’t tell you were in the heart of things. Beautiful decorated and setup with everything you could need. One small note is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors footsteps but it really didn’t bother us. Overall a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Why NOT 49th birthday weekend 5 stars review

House was immaculate and large enough for my party of 6. Each room has a large king bed with separate baths with double vanities. Each of my guest felt special like they were living in luxury. The walk up to the private villa took the cake! It was a skip to the beach where we had our photo shoot and to the pools. If I had to recommend anything it would be to change the sofa coverings. Other than that it was a 5 out of 5. You won’t regret your stay! I wish we could of stayed longer.

Fabulous property

The apartment was exquisite. Too large for my adult family of three. It coulad accommodate three families as each bedroom was a master with king beds and private bathrooms. Kitchen had high end appliances and was fully appointed. Private entrance to beach is only one on property. Will look to return here many times.

We were 100% completely satisfied with our stay! It was our first time to Hilton Head and we'd definitely stay here again. We had one issue with the electronic lock failing during our stay and the Host2Coast staff did an excellent job getting it fixed for us!

Our stay at Seacrest was amazing. Incredible location and proximity to beach and local attractions. The residence was gorgeous and fully stocked to accommodate any needs. The property manager and team were extremely helpful and responsive. We will certainly be back.

great spot!

Beautiful property! Will come back "in season" so use of hot tub and pool is available. Very well maintained and lovely. Only complaint is that address does not show up in GPS easily-- we needed to contact Uber driver to narrow down pickup spot, but that has nothing to do with the property. Great visit!

Great getaway/beautiful accommodations

We had a great time and our villa was very clean and spacious. Even though it was off season, it was still 40 degrees warmer than New England. Everyone we met was very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend.
