"The bed was not made and cleaning not the best. Called in the morning because I needed to go to airport early but no reply fra front seat. Still have not received my email invoice despite asking and calling. "
"Beautiful and very clean hotel. The only down fall is they only have Valet parking($30 a day) or you park in the public’s parking garage next door. Otherwise very close to the Arena. "

"Literally one of the best stays of my life. The hotel is breathtaking our room quite lovely and the view was amazing. The staff were overly nice and accommodating. It is within walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again."

"The stay was amazing. My husband and our two children had no issues with our stay. It was close enough to the plaza area where we could walk and grab some food without needing to drive everywhere. "
"Great place and very clean but I had to call and sit on the phone for 15 min to get through thr front door. A bit frustrating. If that email would have been sent right away there would be zero complaints "
"Great place. Regretted that I had a tight schedule and only had 1 night there. The concept appeals cause you get a full kitchen and even BBQ. The shared bathroom is no problem at all. The fridge contained everything you want for breakfast. It's walking distance to everything in Greenville."
