"It was a wonderful stay with Teresa and exploring her property. Our kids had a great time exploring her property and feeding the ponies and sheep. Her clever dogs kept us company as we explored the property, making it very relaxing to explore with our kids. Nice and clean little accomodation. Keen to go back. "

Going in winter yes can be cold but the house heating and activities were not hindered in any way. We cannot wait to have another stay there soon. Highly recommend. Two outdoor entertaining areas, one with bar and dartboard. We could not have asked for a better home and location. Friendly goat and sheep. "Beautiful home, and amazing country views. The beds are very comfortable and there's plenty of room inside to spend time together or to spread out if in a group. About a 30min winding road drive to Mudgee so make sure you are stocked up on arrival and check with any wine tour operators about pick up locations. A lovely stay, thank you."

"Last minute family stay with the dog. Very clean and good ammenities. Unfortunately the tv room only had 6 seats when there was 8 of us same with dinning table small for 8 people. Also could use a throw blanket for comfort. Heating was great in the could Orange winter. Good location close to town. "

"It’s literally an old settlers cottage been done up a little. The roof leaked in three spots and if you arrive at night it’s pitch black and you have no idea wheee to go."
