"Wonderful location! Cozy and quaint. Loved watching the deer by the stream in the back of the property.Was able to use the driveway ramp on the other side of the house as the steps are steep going down to the house. Would love to stay here again.One of the best properties in Fredericksburg!"

"Check in was a bit confusing but our stay was FANTASTIC!! Everything was clean and comfortable. The patio was nice in the mornings. The unit was close to the stairs and exit and that was nice with the dogs in and out easily.July in Texas is NOT the time to walk to dinner or a show, so we ended up using Uber because Google maps wanted to route us a mile walk away from Gruene Hall. "

"Great, quaint property close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Driveway was a little confusing at first, but there was plenty of parking on site. The room was really well done with a huge bathroom. The sitting area in the room and fireplace were a nice plus. The private hot tub and deck were the reason we chose this place and were exactly what we pictured. Will absolutely book here again!"
