"Brooke was great! The house was a wonderful place with plenty of room and the amenities were a bonus! Loved the outdoor patio, the basement, plenty of seating and the decor was great! My family was very comfortable here! The location is perfect as well! Right down the street from the airport and very close to the mall and grocery stores! "

"This property was convenient for our Mile of Music getaway. The property was the best stocked place I have ever stayed at and is very clean. The 70's vibe is so fun and you really feel at home. The one bathroom worked out fine for the 6 of us but mirrors in the bedrooms would have saved us girls time in getting ready each morning. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it. I would certainly book again."

"We were visiting our son who attends Lawrence University. The place was very clean, very well equipped and the check-in instructions were super simple. The home actually is better than the pictures online and it is very cozy. I would highly recommend this listing, we would stay here again anytime we are in Appleton. EXCELLENT!!"

"My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Union Utopia! The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. And, above all else, Amy was a superb host. We never met in person, but all of her communications conveyed a genuine concern that we enjoy our stay. We could not recommend Amy and Union Utopia highly enough! "
