"Pappas Carriage was great, although the property needs to delineate where you can park. It appears that all of the parking pads in front of all of the properties belong to that house. However, these are public spaces and are first come first serve. "

"My husband and I just wrapped up a week stay and had a great time. The location is fantastic, easy and quick walk to the private beach access, pools and everything rosemary has to offer. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and would be great for couples or those traveling with young kids. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"we had a wonderful time at the carriage house! it was quiet and very family friendly. there are 4 different parks in the neighborhood which i appreciate with my kids being 5 & 3. there were a lot of other kids out riding bikes, throwing a football in the street etc. being able to ride the tram to the beach was soooo nice. the pool area was gorgeous and has a pool that’s no deeper than 3ft which makes it very kid friendly. there were so many good restaurants as well and live music in several...

"We had a wonderful stay at this carriage house. It was steps away from camp watercolor and short drive or scenic walk to the beach. My kids had a blast at the different pools at the beach club and the beach was gorgeous. Hope to return again to this special community. "
