"we had a wonderful time at the carriage house! it was quiet and very family friendly. there are 4 different parks in the neighborhood which i appreciate with my kids being 5 & 3. there were a lot of other kids out riding bikes, throwing a football in the street etc. being able to ride the tram to the beach was soooo nice. the pool area was gorgeous and has a pool that’s no deeper than 3ft which makes it very kid friendly. there were so many good restaurants as well and live music in several...

"Jim’s charming cottage checked all the boxes. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. Large TV in the bedroom, comfy bed, and good space for two. Pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this carriage house. It was steps away from camp watercolor and short drive or scenic walk to the beach. My kids had a blast at the different pools at the beach club and the beach was gorgeous. Hope to return again to this special community. "

The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four.
