"The price of this hotel simply does not match the value provided. We stayed for 8 nights in a so-called suite, and unfortunately the cleanliness was well below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and housekeeping standards remained poor throughout our stay. As an example, my children dropped French fries in the dining area of the suite, and they remained there the following day despite housekeeping having serviced the room. This happened even though we left tips regularly – the tips disappeared, but the cleaning standards did not improve. The overall level of service was equally disappointing. Staff members were generally unhelpful and rarely greeted guests with a smile. On one occasion, I returned late in the evening carrying my sleeping 5-year-old son. The doorman made no attempt to assist with opening the door, helping with the elevator, or offering any assistance at all. Similarly, the front desk staff showed little interest in helping guests, and there was no concierge service available despite the hotel's positioning and price point. For the rates charged, I expected significantly higher standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far short of those expectations."
