"The property was very spacious. We did have issues with flies getting into the home from a huge gap in the front door, we had to stuff a towel in it to prevent flies from coming in. There were also huge flying roaches on the back patio so we weren't able to enjoy the outside. Lastly, neighbors dogs and cats barking and crying all night, didn't get much sleep. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. A shame we couldn't enjoy it more."

We stayed at this property from January 16–19, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
When we arrived, the house was already in poor condition. Several areas showed visible damage and lack of maintenance, making it clear the property was not properly prepared for guests. The biggest issue came when the heater stopped working, leaving the home uncomfortable and forcing us to relocate.

"Tub wouldn't drain properly. They did something later that day. Then came back 10pm with a snake when we were going to sleep. Told them to leave. It was a little better the next morning about ankle deep while showering. Nobody in our party takes baths. Internet TV streaming kept hanging up.
Room cleaning crew were excellent though. "

"I’d actually give them 4.7 stars, but that wasn’t an option. The most important thing, that I greatly appreciate, is the staff. I needed assistance 3 times, from 2 different people, and they were both SO nice, and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my stay. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had been emptied and filled with water, and I didn’t notice until it was too late and I was already in the shower. The toilet was also slow...

"This place is perfect for families looking to relax and unwind. They have activities throughout the day for kids and adults. The villas were clean and well furnished. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also amazing, 5 minutes from Seaworld and about 20 minutes outside downtown San Antonio. The area is quiet and has enough restaurants and stores around to get anything you may need.
The only issue my family had is that the water in the room never really got hot....
