"We wanted to be pleased to be here. Poor communication from beginning. No answer to ??1. The entry was filled with leaves. About a 1/2 a foot against the front door. 2. The code to get in was not clear. It took some time to get a hold of anyone to discover that the instructions were incomplete. Apparently, you put in your code then the for the lock to open. 3. The photos do not show the age (& frankly) & cleanliness of this property. It is much more dated decor, the cheapness of EVERYTHING was...

"Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

"This house was phenomenal! It was the most beautiful and architecturally interesting house we have ever rented. Not only is it well furnished, but there are so many little nooks that groups can sit and chat. Absolutely perfect for a group like our (8 adults). Given that it was UF graduation weekend, we encountered dynamic pricing which was understandable:) We would come back and stay for certain. Loved it all and appreciated the service. Highly recommend!!!"
