"Absolutely lovely. Clean and fresh, everything worked well, good size apartment, nice and quiet with a lovely balcony, and so easy to access - the instructions were so clear to guide us in the first day, and the mobile key through the app was super easy to use. Got a text the night before with instructions and the day of I got another one with someone reaching out to meet us at the property. Checkin was a slight hassle but quickly resolved our issue and got to our parking spot and up to the room.

"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

"The location was excellent! We didn't need a car or an Uber because you could walk everywhere from the CN Tower to Harbour Point or the Eaton Center.
Also the host (Anish) was very helpful with providing storage options for our luggage and helping with the quick check-in and check-out process.
The apartment itself was nice, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I didn't get to use the kitchen amenities, but it's wonderful to have everything needed for a full stay.

The only shortcoming was that the tiled shower needs a deep, thorough cleaning as the floor & lower part of the wall was getting black with mildew. All and all I recommend."
