"This accomodation is somewhat faded. Clean and comfortable beds and the heating is good (critical for a winter stay), but the pots/pans/stovetop in the kitchen needed better cleaning and towelrails were missing in the bathroom. Finding someone at reception was tricky too, and it would be good with a mobile number was on clear display at the front desk."

"Deciding to have a short break prior to the Christmas rush we booked this premises due to it's location and being pet friendly. The location is terrific and the premises is fairly well set up. Sadly the cleanliness let it down dramatically. Unmade bed, rusty toaster, bug filled lights, dirty kitchen floor, microwave, oven trays, window sills all dirty, mouldy bathroom blind and unclean BBQ made for a disappointing experience. This was reported to the property managers who we acknowledge...

"Convenient location- a very easy walk into town or to the river.Accomodation was everything we needed and more, with a surprisingly beautiful & private courtyard bonus. My only concern was travelling with our dog we have never encourntered so many excessive dog rules.However we did get a late check out which was lovely (providing us time to vacuum as requested). "

"The dishwasher wasn't working. They knew about that, but didn't tell us. We tried several times to operate. They should have informed us ahead. They told that when I called and asked. We had to wash everything manually to reuse. Very disappointed."
