"Beautiful position amongst the trees in Sawmill Settlement. The house is a really cool design and build and bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked with utensils and kitchen equipment. I meant to leave a note for the owner that it appears queen bed in room without the ensuite may have broken slats on the bed as the couple in that bed said they kept falling into gap so might be worth checking. Would be lovely base for hiking too."

"Love this house, absolutely perfect back yard for dogs, completely secure, with lawn, deck and paved area for them to use and relax on. House is always spotless and we never use our car when staying here as everything is within walking distance. We skied at Falls Creek and went to dinner plain with the dogs ( the other side of Mt Hotham) we just had the most fantastic week. Also you must do the canyon walk and cherry walk with your dogs. Just spectacular."

"We loved the 2 houses equally except one was better set up for entertaining our party of 12..it was super quiet, close to the restaurants and cafes and rail trail riding, which is why we were there. Could have had more toilet paper 😉 and some would have like body wash in the showers..our dogs too enjoyed the stay, we’ll definitely be back..we would highly recommend and the staff were amazing in assisting us."

"Perfect overnight stay. Very comfortable beds and all extremely clean. The only negative was there were no coffee pods for the machine for an early cuppa. For an overnight stay, a couple of pods would've been ideal. Otherwise,10 out of 10. Thank you."
