"This is more than just a nights stay. With the personal touches, golf cart adventures to take on the property trails, and participating in Wendy’s special (holy cow delicious!) breakfast, it was truly an unforgettable experience. My husband and I will return again. We greatly enjoyed no TVs or distractions, but in each other’s company and the cute cottage. "The location is prime! You can see the river from the back porch and on the weekends it is full of people having fun! Big rocks park has swimming and the kids couldn’t get enough of sliding down the dam into the water!"

"We loved our stay here. The cabin is so cute and clean. The animals are fun to see. It's just a very short walk down to the riverwalk which is great! The only negative I have is there wasn't much light in the bathroom. Hard to see anything in the mirror but there is a vanity in the bedroom with a light. Breakfast in the barn was so cool!! We would stay again. "

"This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway."

"I love this property it was so peaceful there and the view is beautiful."

"We stayed in ‘Alice’ and it was just fine for 2! It is small but quaint and very clean!! Location is away from any Stephenville traffic - easy to get to! Will be back! Owners communicated quickly prior to our stay. I think this place will be very popular!"

"Son stayed here while visiting his girlfriend at Tarleton. He said it was cozy and had everything he needed. Owner was easy to work with and great with communication. Would definitely stay here again. "
