"The house is tucked away behind trees so it's not visible from the highway. Lighting at the doorway going into the garage where you enter the house. The house has nice big windows facing the lake. Beautiful view all day. The house is very roomy and lots of space to spread out. Outside is a porch with lawn chairs so you can send on the porch and the enjoy the view. There is also a small charcoal grill, table and chairs and off to the side of the porch is a fire pit. Kid friendly yard and house."

"The property is not decorated remotely like the photos. Bare walls. Everything is very dated and rundown. The house is large with lots of room but a house that size has to be cleaned much better. Bad dust everywhere, floors were sticky, inside all of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. Half the lights in the house didnt work or we the fixtures were missing. Dishwasher was broken, washing machine smelled really bad. Outside landscaping, everything was overgrown and unkept. The path to the driveway...

"I had a great stay at Michelle’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect — close to every sightseeing spot in the UP. The view from back of the house is immaculate. Afternoon strolls along the beach, looking into the horizon across Lake Michigan during sunset is topnotch. Definitely recommend."

"Fint sted. Skøn beliggenhed med udsigt over Mackinac Island. Dejlige værelser (lidt spøjst med håndvask uden for badeværelset). Vi havde et på 1. etage med en god lille altan. Personalet på hotellet var alle meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Absolut et sted der er værd at besøge. Morgenmaden var som på de fleste moteller, lidt kedelig "
