"This is a great house and very clean- and big! Getting in was hard- because the door lock battery was expired- but host was responsive- and solution quickly found. Very glad they offered 25pd pet promotion-50 is very steep, in our opinion. We played shuffle board- tons of board games- and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would recommend."

"The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

I had to reach out about this upon my arrival and got no straight answer from it. For the amount of money we paid for this place I cannot understand how we were not told. One of the biggest selling points was a deck and the view from the deck for us only to be surprised by the undocumented damage. Truly disappointing. "
