"We stayed for our second trip to happy valley at the happy house. It is such a great location and Leah and Rod [who own the property] were fantastic. They truly went out of their way to help us out with a car problem we had and were incredibly generous with their time. Despite having a broken down car we still had an absolute blast staying in the happy house and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend it and out of more than 13 trips to Fraser this one was the best we have had. Thanks...

"1 out of 10 for communication before we got there and much difficulty firstly as staff were not aware that we could make up phone numbers for each person. Very poor communication as i made 8 unanswered phone calls in the days before we got there and we were told there would be someone at the property to let us in--no show. Had to seek out office and person in office gave us the wrong code for the key safe--we were locked out for 40 minutes till sorted. Very frustrating!"

"This is the perfect property for a large group. We had 14 adults and 9 kids 7 and under and we fit comfortably. The glass back wall provided an amazing view out over the pool, lawns, playground and volleyball court so you always had a good idea where everyone was. The kids ran themselves ragged.
