"This house was decorated and furnished as if lived in daily. Accessories were stocked such as charcoal and lighter fluid, coffee and coffee filters, spice seasonings, and a basket of coozees. I didn't expect such a full compliment."

"I needed a place with at least 2 bathrooms to stay while we were racing at Lucas Oil Speedway for the week. I also like to have a kitchen when we are racing for an extended period of time. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bakeware, and utensils for making about anything. The oven could need a thermostat. The biscuits were a little crunchy coming out. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 6 adults."

"Upon entering the house, you notice how good it smells. It's small, cute, cozy, and has the best closed in back porch that is air conditioned for those hot days. The back porch overlooks the lake and you get to catch the absolute perfect sunset! The owners were always so quick in responding to any messages and booking was a breeze! "We loved the location of this property right in the heart of a quaint small town. Boutique shops and a number of restaurants are in close (as in across the street) walking distance. Equally close is the waterfront park just outside the property's deck. We used the two cruiser bikes to explore the park and the bike trails. There's a neat "swinging bridge" across the river. "We were looking for a place to stay close to the Hermitage campground where lots of family was camping. This cabin was about ten minutes away. We brought a fishing boat along and used the ramp that was close to the property to put it in. We also kayaked by the boat ramp. Boat ramp is gravel but worked fine for us. Great patio for relaxing in lawn chairs and grilling. We enjoyed our stay and host was very informative and easy to work with since we didn't know the area very well."
