"Very disappointed not having a microwave and a full size coffee pot, also coffee Keurig needed cleaned, No I available in cottage, plus no freezer on my apt size refrigerator but biggest disappointment was lack of plugs to plug in cell phones to charge for the evening, I like my phone by my bed when I’m out of town and had to plug it against the far wall and set phone in window to charge, Breakfast was Excellent, I feel like wine tasting should last longer for guest staying at their location,...

"We had a great stay at the Stone Haus! Larry, Linda and Maddie were wonderful hosts, the room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious annd had everything we needed and breakfast was delicious. Hoping to come back soon!"

"The staff was awesome. Very nice people the fire pit was awesome at night and the short walk across the river is awesome. When we arrived I asked the staff where I could get flowers for my wife's birthday. The staff informed me that they would take care of getting flowers for my wife. We came back to our room 2 hours later my wife had a dozen roses and a bottle of wine complimentary. The lady informed me that they love to celibate birthdays and anniversary's. We will defiantly be back"

"It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot. There was perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and really moist corn muffins with homemade mango preservers! We were welcomed with fresh, homemade plum bread. "We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again. We will come in on Wednesday ( The Tin Mill was open and good on both Tuesday and Wednesday) and leave on...

"Everything was clean and neat. Just as expected. What a nice little house in a quiet rural area. Seems like very close access to the Katy trail. We had three kids and five adults but with all the beds, basement space and foldout couches, it could have easily slept 13. More if you bring an air mattress. This was perfect for our overnight stay for a family wedding. The host was very responsive to all my pestering messages. "
