Hoteller nær Heritage Plantation

"I was given room 310 that had a horrible odor of fumes. I spoke to the front desk clerk and invited him to the room. He confirmed the odor of fumes and attempted to blame the cause as to me. He then arrogantly told me that there were no other rooms to transfer me to and left it at that. I suffered for 4 days in a horrible room with fumes in it. I later found out that it was the exhaust fumes from the boiler on the 4th floor. They had to know about the fumes in that room before they assigned me...

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites!! The room was accommodating for my entire family. Any issues I had were resolved quickly. The entire staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was good. Even if you didn’t like everything there was something to pick. Parking was a breeze as well. I was always able to find a spot on the first floor. I will definitely be staying here again for our next family trip to VA Beach."

"Went on a solo trip and I really enjoyed my stay. Clean rooms and sleek, impressive bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Like an adult playground with a bar, pinball machines, foosball, pool, and a Zoltar fortune telling machine."
