"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

"We booked the property for our 50 th wedding anniversary . There were 5 adults and 2 children ( 14 and 12) and we stayed for three nights . The property is so spacious and the kitchen is huge. We only ate breakfast and lunch in the property so didn’t use all the kitchen facilities . Had a chippy delivery and Chinese take away which were really good. Would definitely recommend for a group booking . "

"Just a one night stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful.The property was clean and furnished to a high standard. Very close to the showground, which is where we were going with our dog, who enjoyed the outside space. Would thoroughly recommend this property. Hopefully be returning."

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Trebarried Mill. The house is huge, and so comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We had incredible weather, so we spent lots of time on the patio, and hiking around the surrounding hills and villages. We would go back in an instant!"

"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."

"Very nice staff but the hotel is of extreeme poor standards. The rooms were sort of clean but carpets were very dirty. We had 2 rooms, 1 of standard room-size and 1 smaller than a closet. Breakfast options were small and we got offered just coffee or juice. Not both so we hade to decide. Everything about this hotel itself, the surroundings, the breakfast etc was so bad that se decided to leave the hotel after just 1 night allthough we had prepaid for 2 nights. Only positive to say about this hotel is the kind staff, but my recommendation is to avoid this hotel. I can’t believe how this hotel has the approval to be in the Best Western hotelgroup. "
