"Lovely staff. Clean room. Good food. Great location. Breakfast was fab. Fish and chips in Dukes next door (part of the hotel chain)was amazing. But the bedroom was so hot. No radiator or towel rail were on but the room was like a sauna. Slept on top of bed with window wide open but very hot all night!"

"Stayed again at the venue but this time midweek the only small criticism I have is that they chose not to do filter coffee jugs at breakfast which was disappointing as was very welcome at the weekend when clearly more guests were staying. I would however suggest just keeping one jug on the go in mid-week would have been nice"

They have obviously thought abut there customers and the staff were great. room very clean with a comfy bed. grounds were really well looked after and I'm sure in the summer months it would be a beautiful place to sit out & have dinner or some drinks. I really enjoyed the food. Dinner was very good and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be staying again if travelling close by. "
