*The property accommodates up to 6 cars (All must fit in the garage and driveway, 1-2 may park in the street ONLY if they are in front of the house)

*Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM.

*A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

*The nightly price is good for up to 18 people. Any amount of people over that is an additional $50 extra per day per person (This includes visitors).

*We do not provide coffee or coffee filters. Often guests leave some of theirs behind

*We do not provide propane for the gas BBQ

*The ice maker does not work. Please plan accordingly.
