Built between Heber and Deer Valley, this authentic log cabin retreat offers a rare sense of privacy and peaceful mountain living. The home sits beside a beautiful year-round babbling stream whose gentle sound can be heard throughout the property, creating a calm and relaxing backdrop for your stay. With the nearest neighbor more than half a mile away, the cabin feels wonderfully secluded while still being conveniently close to town and the outdoor recreation the area is known for.



The Space:

Both interior and exterior of this cabin are engineered to entertain. With the paddle-craft to play on the pond, the sandy beach next to the pond, the seating around the fire pit for making smores, a playground accessed by crossing the bridge over the private stream, a putting green, the yard has everything you could want for family or group gatherings. The game room has a theater, arcade games, ping pong, pool, air hockey, a pop corn machine, and endless amounts of toys.

Built in true log cabin style, the home captures the warmth and character of a classic mountain lodge while offering the space needed for large gatherings, family reunions, retreats, or group getaways.



The Sleeping Quarters

– Bedroom 1: A flexible suite featuring 1 King bed, 2 Twin bunks, and a Queen sofa bed

– Bedroom 2: Vaulted ceilings with 1 King bed

– Bedroom 3: The ultimate "bunk room" with 1 Twin-over-Twin bunk, 1 Twin-over-Queen bunk

– Bedroom 4: Mirroring the North room, featuring 1 Twin-over-Twin, 1 Twin-over-Queen

– Additional sleeping: The sun room on the main floor has a full sized sofa bed

– 10 pull out beds total shared between the four bedrooms



The Lodge Life

– Living Areas: Spread out across three distinct lounge spaces. Whether you want a quiet fireside conversation or a rowdy game night, there is space for everyone.

– Nostalgic Touches: The player piano often becomes the center of evening entertainment—perfect for making memories.

– Gourmet Ready: The kitchen is equipped for a crowd with two drip coffee makers, two crockpots, and plenty of dining seating to keep the whole group connected.



The Game Room

– Billiards, table hockey, classic arcade games, popcorn machine, and ping pong table

– Large Smart TV and sound system for movie marathons or watching the game

– A huge dedicated collection of toys and puzzles



Bathrooms

Five bathrooms are designed for large group convenience:

– A main floor full bathroom off the kitchen

– Main floor primary bedroom full bathroom

– The "Boys" & "Girls" multi-stall bathrooms in the Game Room : Two unique bathroom suites each feature 2 private toilets, 2 private shower stalls, and 2 vanities—allowing multiple guests to get ready for the day simultaneously.

–A bathroom in the upstairs bedroom with a King bed with a shower/tub combo.

– There is a beautiful pond with pedal powered boats to enjoy. Swimming and fishing is permitted. Fishing gear not provided.
