"It was very cozy. Couch was VERY comfortable. Not something we run into a lot. As much as we loved the quiet (other than the wildlife) seclusion, Bella was the hit. Their dog. Host was very nice. House was well stocked. We will probably stay there again just because we liked it so much. Outdoor kitchen was amazing! VERY nice. Not cheesy at all. It was spacious for 2 people and 2 dogs."

"Pros: Property was very new and clean. Great communication from owner. We actually had reserved another house, and the owner messaged me the day of and said it was having air-conditioning issues and that she was able to send us to another property right next-door. Was very thankful for this accommodation. Cons: Community pool has a $5 per person fee associated; as previous reviewer said, beds were very hard. "We all had a wonderful stay!!! The home was clean, beautifully furnished and appointed with all sorts of amenities: coffee, tea, beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent and more. The fenced in yard was wonderful for privacy and the dogs. The owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again!!! Not only was the home super cute, it was close to everything: grocery store, pharmacy, downtown, beaches and restaurants. "

"We stayed at Kristen’s for 4 weeks and it was wonderful! We actually were able to stay in her new 2 bedroom cottage that is on her property. The cottage had everything we needed to make it like home for us. It’s dog friendly and our 2 dogs loved it as well. The area is quiet and close enough to get to restaurants/shopping/golf but you don’t have to worry about typical Florida traffic. Kristen is a gracious host and made us feel right at home. Already booked a return trip for next year! "

"Used this for an overnight pitstop, would not recommend for more. - No service, the reception crew is basically just sitting there, they don’t seem neither particularly friendly nor interested in the guests - If you need anything in the room, you need to pick it up yourself at the lobby - Room was quite big and had nice view of the lake - Hotel is generally worn down and in need of some maintenance and paint - We didn’t even bother to get the included breakfast, we just assumed it wasn’t worth it based on the general, overall impression "
